2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Bookings may be made via phone, email, website form, or WhatsApp.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Customers must provide accurate property details to ensure correct quoting.
  • Any changes or cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Same-day or urgent booking requests may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are provided based on the information shared during booking.
  • Additional charges may apply if the property size, condition, or requirements differ from the initial description.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or any method agreed upon at booking.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to staff illness, weather conditions, or operational issues.

5. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, deep mould, or pre-existing damage.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged due to improper installation, structural issues, or wear and tear.
  • Heavy lifting of furniture or large appliances will only be done if safe and deemed appropriate by the cleaning team.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the property.
  • Ensure electricity, lighting, water supply, and basic facilities are available.
  • Secure pets and valuables before cleaning begins.
  • Notify us of any hazards or delicate surfaces.

7. Damage & Liability

  • Our team is fully insured.
  • Any damages caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose fittings, or items not securely fixed.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any part of the cleaning, please inform us within 24 hours.
We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
